CVI-m: Gecombineerde gasblok met ontstekings- en modulatiesysteem

CVI-m : The Combined Valve and Ignition Modulating system (CVI-m) has specially been developed for applications in gas fired appliances with direct burner ignition that require electric modulating control of the gas input. The system has been designed to have a S4565.M series ignition control attached directly onto the valve. The combined system then provides programmed safe light up, flame supervision, regulation and modulation of Hi-Lo control of the gas flow to the main burner of the appliance. The CVI-m system comprises a modulating gas control with on/off regulating and modulating function and an ignition control with integrated power supply for the electric modulating operator. The CVI-m gas control comprises a standard body to which a range of features can be factory included to give various functional options. These functional options include: servo pressure regulation and modulating control to fulfil a range of control applications.

The AT7030A flame detection transformer provides in combination with Honeywell series S4585 automatic ignition controls, reliable flame detection at mains situations where the line voltage has a floating value to ground (for instance phase -- phase mains)
The AT7030A flame detection transformer for automatic ignition controls with special application connection.
This application is necessary if flame detection and high voltage are combined.

Aardgas is een groter gat dan propaan. (Energieinhoud is lager)
Aardgas G25 is een groter gat dan aardgas G20 : diameter +15%
Om van aardgas naar propaan/butaan te gaan is het 1/3 van het oppervlak van het gat, andersom dus 2,4x de oppervlakte
De aardgassproeier heeft een diameter die 1,58 x zo groot is (oppervlakte dan 2,4 x zo groot).
